To Order
If you would like to order something you see on the site, please email us.  In your email, please include the item name that is under the image and a description.  We will email you back within 2-4 business days to let you know if the item is in stock and available to be shipped.

If you see something you like but would prefer it in a different stone or color, please email us your request. We will contact you via email about your specific request.

Payment Options
Payment We can accept cash, checks, and credit cards. All shipments within the
state of Idaho are subject to a 5.0 % and or current sales tax . Shipping we use USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation or UPS Ground. We will email you the confirmation number, if applicable, when your order ships.

The fee for Shipping and handling for purchased items between $0 - $99 dollars,  is $8.00, If your purchase is $100 - $199 shipping is $10.00.  If your order is over $200 or more than is $12.00. We will contact you if your shipping order is over $12.00.
  
All non-custom orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

If we cannot ship within that amount of time, we will contact you via email. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you. Additional charges will apply for large orders and international shipping.

Only Exchanges
No Returns only Exchanges on purchased items.   Please email us about your exchange and we will provide an address for you to ship your item back to us. You are responsible for exchange shipping and insurance on all returned merchandise. We are not responsible for returns which are lost in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item has some method of tracking. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise.
Exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling fees.

Special Order / Gift Certificates If you have a special need, we can help you. We can create custom designs, and we can issues Gift Certificates in any amount!

For a Gift Certificate, please email us and we will send one to you via USPS.

Jewelry Repairs If you should need repairs or maintenance on your jewelry, we will make the repair free of charge within 90 days after purchase. After 90 days, we will gladly repair your jewelry for a small materials and shipping fee.

Please note that all items are handcrafted in Boise, Idaho. Items may vary in color or materials from photos on this website. We will make every effort to match the items on the web site. If you have any questions, please email us and we will get back to you.
